The dissemination, disclosure or provision of such Personal Data to Anfatis Centro S.p.A., by workers, owners of outlets or store, sale licensees, distributors, agents and more in general, commercial partners (hereinafter also “Retailers”), constitutes an indispensable requirement for the conclusion and execution of the contract with Anfatis Centro S.p.A.. Therefore, should the Retailer refuse to provide necessary data, it will not be possible to conclude the contract; if concluded, it shall be considered terminated with immediate effect and it will not be possible to proceed with any commercial collaboration activities.

Purposes of processing
Personal Data can be used to directly or indirectly identify the person to whom information applies, under all circumstances and in compliance with legislative provisions in force. Information we can collect from the user includes personal information, postal address, telephone number, email address, contact preferences, access data (account and password) and marketing preferences.
Such data will be used pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation, for the following purposes:
- fulfilment of contractual and precontractual obligations
- protection of the right to credit and all our other rights pertaining to contractual relations, and for verifications and evaluations on report findings and trends, as well as on connected risks (such as: the veracity of data provided, solvency during contractual validity);

Under such circumstances, Anfatis Centro S.p.a. reserves the right to evaluate whether the withdrawal of consent for data processing for the latter purpose may undermine the continuation of commercial and/or contractual relations and consequently, may exercise its right to withdraw from said relations, due to the fault of the Retailer.

- persons or entities who typically act in their capacity as data processors, therefore: persons, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy services for accounting, administrative, legal, tributary, financial or credit recovery services, pertaining to the provision of Services, the mailing of advertising material or contractual notifications, companies that provide market analysis and research services, companies that provide email sending services;
- persons or entities with whom interaction is required for the purposes of the provision of communication Services, events and seminars, including online;

Processing procedures
Personal Data may be processed as follows: collected, recorded, organised, stored, conserved, consulted, elaborated, modified, selected, extracted, compared, used, interconnected, blocked, disclosed, erased and destroyed.

Conservation of Personal Data
Personal Data will be conserved for the time strictly necessary for the fulfilment of purposes for which said data were disclosed and in any case, made available to Anfatis Centro S.p.A.. In any case, given that Personal Data are processed for the purpose of pursuing relations with Retailers and ensuring a more productive cooperation between the latter and Anfatis Centro S.p.a., the Data Controller may conserve them for a longer period, especially if necessary for the purpose of protecting its own rights, also with reference to any claims or actions that may be brought against it in relation to the provision of Services.
Personal Data processed for the purpose of the Sending of commercial information will be conserved by the Data Controller until the data subject objects to processing.
Personal Data processed for the purposes of fulfilling statutory obligations set forth in legislation, regulations or by order of Judicial or Administrative Authorities, will be conserved by the Data Controller for the period specified by applicable legislation or by order of the Administrative of Judicial Authorities.
Rights of the data subject
