How long does shipment take?

Is it safe to buy on Orodispello.it?

Absolutely! You can pay using the most common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as prepaid and rechargeable cards and Paypal. If you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer or cash upon delivery.
For credit card payments, we rely on secure circuits to protect all information regarding your order, payment method and all other personal information. All transactions are scrupulously checked and we reserve the right to refuse a transaction in the event of suspected fraud or illicit activity.
We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol, which guarantees internet connection security and protects your sensitive data, such as your credit card number, names and addresses.

How can I pay by cash upon delivery?

If you wish to pay by cash upon delivery, simply select “cash upon delivery” as a payment method when confirming your order! A € 3.90 surcharge will be applied for this payment method and you will be required to give the cash directly to the courier; remember you can only pay by cash, cheques will not be accepted.

How can I receive the invoice for my order?

Before making your payment, select “I want to receive an invoice” and fill out the requested fields. In this way the invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. It is not possible to request an invoice after an order is completed.

Can I request free samples?

Of course! All online orders contain sachets and samples that are sent together with the products you have chosen.
If you wish to try a specific product, contact our Customer Service and we will verify the availability of the requested sample so that we can send it with your order.

How can I request a return?

If you have made a mistake in purchasing a product or are not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund.
Don’t worry about shipping the return, our courier will drop by.
Simply get in touch with our customer service at the email address info@orodispello.it, to return your order and arrange for the method of return.

How are products delivered?

Oro di Spello will deliver ordered products to the email address provided upon order confirmation. All delivery times listed by Oro di Spello are estimates, exclusively based on normal order procedures and delivery times declared by carriers. Couriers will not phone in advance and will not process requests for shipments at special times. Goods are delivered by Oro di Spello to the courier within 24 hours (working days) roughly, without this constituting an obligation and without prejudice to causes of force majeure.

Why can’t I complete my registration?

Check you have filled out all compulsory fields and that you have entered data in the requested format. If something has not been entered correctly, you will find an error message next to the erroneous entry. Our customer service will be happy to help: send an email to info@orodispello.it.

Can I register even if I don’t have an email address?

You need an email to save your favourite products in the wishlist and make a purchase online.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I recover it?

On the page where you access your account, click on “Forgotten password” and you will receive a message to create a new one.

Can I change my data and my preferences?

To change all entered information and choices, simply access your profile. Choose data to be modified from the menu on the left and save updates.

Is there a minimum purchase threshold?

No minimum amount is required to make a purchase. Shipment is free for orders over €60.
